General Overview
-
The Queen of the Track: Point Series is a female-only drag racing championship under the Women & Wheels umbrella.
-
Racers will accumulate points throughout the series based on their performance at designated events.
-
Racers will be classified into Mild and Wild classes based on their ET (elapsed time), with flexibility for racers to move up a class but not down.
Class Structure
-
Mild Class:
-
For racers with ETs of 10.00 seconds and slower. approx, depending on qualifying times for each event individually
-
Wild Class:
-
For racers with ETs faster than 10.00 seconds. approx, depending on qualifying times for each event individually
Class Movement Rules
-
Racers may choose to compete in the Wild Class even if their ET places them in the Mild Class (racing up is allowed).
-
Once a racer competes in the Wild Class during an event, they cannot compete in the Mild Class for the remainder of the season.
-
Racers cannot race in the Mild Class if their ET places them in the Wild Class based on time slips.
Points System
Wild Payout - $1500 - 80/20 split between 1st & 2nd

Event Splitting Rules
-
If there is a significant disparity in ETs among the field at an event (e.g., half of the field runs slower than 9.00 seconds), the class will be split into Mild and Wild divisions.
-
IF there is no disparity in ETs the entire class will run as a Wild division.
-
Racers will compete within their assigned class based on ETs, with the option to move up to the Wild Class but not down.
Tie-Breakers
In the event of a tie in points at the end of the season, the following tie-breakers will be used:
-
Most event wins.
-
Fastest recorded ET during the season.
Participation Requirements
-
To be eligible for the championship, racers must participate in a minimum of 2 QOTT events during the series (to be determined based on the total number of events, we are actively looking at adding events to the 2025 season pending sponsorship possibilities).
Rule Enforcement
-
All time classifications are based on the racer’s best ET during qualifying.
-
Sandbagging or deliberate underperformance to stay in a lower class will result in disqualification from that event’s points.
